Vivian Lee Vanbibber

Vivian Lee VanBibber, 70, of Logan, passed away at her home on Monday, November 21, 2022. She was born on April 23, 1952, in Lancaster, the daughter of the late Otho Dale and Norma Lois (Straits) Kidder. She was the widow of the late Rudy Wayne VanBibber Sr.

Vivian was a 1971 graduate of Lancaster High School and a graduate of Hocking College with a degree in nursing. She worked as an RN at Hocking Valley Community Hospital for 25 years.

Vivian is survived by her son, Rick (Amber) Shugert of Lancaster; step sons, Rudy VanBibber Jr. of Logan and Tracy (Jody) VanBibber of Union Furnace; grandchildren, Corder, Riley, Meleigha (Elijah) Cooperrider, Caden, and Beau; brother, George (Susan) Kidder of Logan; and several nieces and nephews.

Vivian was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Ruth Ann Willet; and daughter-in-law, Kathy VanBibber.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Pastor Steve Hubbard officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 7 PM.
