Wanda L. (Morris) Mock Bardon, 99, of Union Furnace, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025, at her daughter’s home in Rockbridge. Wanda was born on February 3, 1925, in Jackson, Ohio, the daughter of the late Lewis H. and Emma Mae (Scurlock) Morris.
Wanda loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed vacationing, collecting rocks and shells, fishing, and loved working in her flower bed.
Wanda is survived by her children, Linda D. Edgar of Walhonding, Ohio, Jacqueline S. Stufflebeam of Malta, Ohio, Raymond “Leonard” Mock of Union Furnace, Charles W. Mock of New Plymouth, Pamela E. Dicken of Rockbridge, Mark H. (Cyndi) Mock of Union Furnace, Arretha L. Hoy of McArthur, and Rodney E. Mock of McArthur; 43 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Renee S. (Bardon) Voldness; granddaughter, Delayna R. Mock; baby brother, Isaac H. Morris; and sisters, Willadean M. (Morris) Rhoades and Eula R. (Morris) Casto.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 7, 2025, at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St, Logan. Interment will be in Shaw Cemetery, Logan. Family and friends may visit from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
