William "Bill" D. Duncan Jr.

William “Bill” D. Duncan Jr., 55, of Rockbridge, passed away Friday, February 28, 2020 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.  He was born October 16, 1964 in Lancaster, son of Barbara Close Bailey of Rockbridge and the late William D. Duncan Sr.

He was a former trucker driver, a veteran of the United States Army and was a life member of the Logan Amvets Post #1776.

Bill is survived by his son, Jared Bartow of Logan; daughter, Ashley Bartow of The Plains; five grandchildren and a sister, Marty Harden of Rockbridge.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, John Bailey.

A memorial gathering will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the Logan Amvets Post #1776, 649 Radio Lane, Logan, Ohio 43138.

Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
