Zachary "Zach" S. Kirby

Zachary S. Kirby, 34, of McArthur, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at his residence.  He was born August 13, 1985 in Athens, Ohio, son of John T. Kirby of McArthur and Sonya (David) Bailey Freeders of Alliance.

He was a former Health Care Aide for Maple Hills Nursing Home in McArthur.

Along with his parents, Zach is survived by his best friend and girlfriend, Jessica J.M. Middleton of McArthur; daughters, Chloe Seleste Kirby and Paisly Marie Kirby; brother, Chris (Kristina) Kirby of Beaver; sister, Letisha Kirby of Alliance; special uncles, David (Lisa) Kirby, Steven Kirby and Earl Kirby; grandmothers, Nancy Kirby of McArthur and Rossetta Bailey of West Virginia and his best friends, Chris and Angie Perry and Brian and Susan Wiseman.

Zach was preceded in death by his “best bud” and grandfather, John “Bill” W. Kirby and great-grandmother, Mildred Marison.

A graveside service will be held 12 p.m., Friday, March 6, 2020, in Elk Cemetery, McArthur, with Rev. Jim Taylor officiating.  No calling hours will be observed.

Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
