Richard "Rich" Paul Blount Jr.

Richard “Rich” Paul Blount Jr., 49, of New Plymouth, Ohio, passed away at his home on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Rich was born March 19,1972, in Columbus, Ohio, son of Paula Russell Enderle and the late Richard “Rick” Paul Blount Sr.

Rich was a kind hearted soul. He would lend a hand to any person or any animal in need. He loved his family deeply.

In addition to his mother, Rich is survived by his brother, Michael Vincent (Shannon) Blount of Rockbridge; nieces and nephews, Tyler, Christian, Eli, and Megan; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and close family friend, Joyce Smith.

Rich was preceded in death by his father and sister, Tracy.

A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
